1. Scope
These Website & Waitlist Terms govern your access to newscache.net and participation in the NewsCache prelaunch waitlist. They do not create a subscription, customer relationship, or agreement for a future NewsCache API service. Any future API access will be governed by separate terms presented before service is activated.
2. Waitlist and admissions
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a seat, account, API access, particular pricing, service level, launch date, or invitation. NewsCache may open, pause, limit, or close admissions; select participants; or modify, delay, or discontinue a future service at its discretion. We may contact you about waitlist availability using the email address you provide.
3. Permitted website use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You may not interfere with the website or its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, use automated means to abuse the waitlist, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
4. Ownership and future service rights
The website, NewsCache name, design, software, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to NewsCache and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Joining the waitlist does not grant any right to use NewsCache data, software, trademarks, or future services. Any future data-access and permitted-use rights will be stated in the applicable customer agreement.
5. Third-party services
The website may use or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. NewsCache is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewsCache disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewsCache will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website or waitlist.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or waitlist evolves. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the updated terms.
